Citrix Support helped point out that's what the problem was but did not give me a real fix. So in desperation I recreated with new names and they work. The problem was solved! Posted January 17, When you say 2 win 10 PC's, is it 2 users or any user accounts on the 2 PC's? After this was cleared the account was able to create a session without issue.

Asked by Arun kumar. Able to launch published application and Server desktop via Netscaler Gateway but not published VDI Desktops are not accessible and getting an error.
